hades-tar asked: "Nope. Did all that this morning." He said with a chuckle as he began to walk out. "But if you insist." He said ducking out the door in time to avoid anything that she could have hurled at him. He'd seen a lot of people react that way.
She turned back to look at her office as he left, checking to see what else needed to be done. Seeing that it looked clean enough, she finally retired to her room for the rest of the evening.
hades-tar asked: "Aww. No need to be harsh, babe." He winked at her.
“No need to be in my space, babe.” She shook her head. “Anyway, don’t you have things you should be doing? Making tests? Grading papers? Something?”
hades-tar asked: A grin stretched across his face. "Yes. Quite satisfied."
“Good.” She pointed to the door. “Now leave.”
hades-tar asked: "Then say yes. Come on. Get out once and a while Ruby. You'll find it pretty interesting out there." He chuckled and leaned in closer to her with a smug smile.
“Fine~” She said, rolling her eyes. “I’ll go. Satisfied?”
hades-tar asked: "It would be just as friends. Besides Persephone doesn't really care anymore. About our marriage. Not that she even cared in the first place. A smart woman like you would have read all of those myths." He said with a playful wink.
“I’m not surprised. Kidnapping your wife and then spending only six months out of the year with her is hardly the ingredients for marital bliss.” She shrugged. “But. A vow’s a vow, either way.”
She thought for a moment. “As friends…I might consider it. Seeing as my schedule’s pretty empty anyhow.”
hades-tar asked: He smirked. Not bothered by her retort, it only amused him more knowing that she knew how to fight back with her words. "So you'd reject the possiblity of me even asking you out to dinner one time?" He questioned, making his tone sarcastic even though he was completely serious.
She shot him a look. “Aren’t you, you know, married or something? Or am I thinking of the wrong god?”
hades-tar asked: He made an expression of mocking shock as she said that, holding his hand to his chest as if she had just wounded his heart. Just another part of his teasing. "Oh I'm hurt by your accusations." He said, sarcasm thick in his tone.
She scoffed, noting his sarcasm. “Oh, poor baby. I’m so sorry. Really.”, she retorted, her own tone flippant.
